Who We Are and What We Do...

Home Source Builders is a small, locally owned and operated design / build remodeling and construction company. We focus primarily on custom residential remodeling and design as well as new home design and construction. By executing the design of your project in house, we can assume complete quality control - right from the very beginning, and maintain that control throughout the entire construction process.

Step One - Design Consultation

During your initial consultation we'll discuss your project in detail to evaluate the scope of work to be done, design ideas and budget, as well as any specific concerns you may have about the alteration of your home. At this time we will determine if your project will require detailed plans to complete an accurate estimate.

Step Two - Construction Documents & Cost Estimates

Construction documents (detailed drawings) if required, are prepared and distributed for cost estimates to any additional outside subcontractors or suppliers that may be necessary to complete your project. Most estimates are done in-house but some projects require specialized contractors to be involved in the completion of the project.

Step Three - Construction

Permits (if needed) have been secured and actual construction of your project is under way. During this time a project manager is on site to supervise the work being done and available to answer your questions.

Step Four - Project Completion

Construction of your project is complete. All left over material, debris and equipment is removed from the site and jobsite is thoroughly cleaned and detailed.
