And not just anyone was willing to take on this latter project.  You see, we had already bought a complete kitchen – a beautiful display model from a kitchen and bath showroom at 80% off the original price.  Such a deal, I know, but now we had to find someone to make it all fit.  No small task, as you can imagine. Well, Sonny Jones not only accepted but rose to the challenge.  With the use of impressive CAD skills, he was able to make it all work.  He truly transformed the room and we only had to buy one small cabinet to make it all flow.  I just LOVE my kitchen – it’s become the heart and hearth of my home.

"In 1991, Sonny Jones (HOME SOURCE BUILDERS, 690 Lily Cache Lane, Boilingbrook) built us a beautiful home, which has been a source of pride and pleasure.  It is a strong, well-built house.  Quality materials and workmanship prevail throughout the house.  Sonny handled the construction and relationships in a very professional and friendly way. Our relationship was cordial throughout the construction period, and we have recommended Sonny to people who wanted to do remodeling, and those who have hired him have been pleased with his work.  He completed our home on time and did not ask for any extras at any time during the construction.  He included at no extra cost a number of enhancements which we had not expected.  Examples are nine foot high ceilings, rather than the usual eight, vaulted ceilings instead of flat, and roof skylights to provide more light. When we came to the closing Sonny brought signed statements from all the subcontractors saying that he had paid them in full and that they had paid all their bills and that no liens had been filed against the house.  We are very pleased.  At least two persons have dropped by, rang the doorbell and asked if we had any plans for selling the home.  They expressed strong desire to own this home.  Our answer has always been and remains no.  Originally, the basement was left unfinished.  We had Sonny finish roughly half of the basement into  game areas.  Again, we were very pleased with the design Sonny developed for us and for the quality of the work as well as on-time, on-budget performance."
