This approach has proven very successful in achieving a certain comfort level for our new home clients when the actual construction starts and the custom home project is fully underway.

Home Source designed & built this home for a customer who had the misfortune of losing his house to a fire. We coordinated the demolition of his old house as well as the consolidation of his double lot. By working with his insurance company, we were able to recover 100% of the construction costs.	This 4600 Sq. Ft. custom home was custom designed and built for a young client and his growing family in Lisle, Illinois. Lisle is located between Naperville and Downers Grove in the Chicago area. The Building houses some district business offices, but is primarily used as a beautiful warming house/pavilion for park patrons comfort and enjoyment The interior features a two story main room with stone floors and a huge stone and brick fireplace.
